Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional time for transit and delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Occasional delivery delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Wolverine 4x4 ships to addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Wolverine 4x4 is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping.
  • All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Shipments

  • Wolverine 4x4 is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
